Follow these steps to activate the service:


1. Ensure Your Mobile Number is Registered with UBA: Verify that the phone number you intend to use is linked to your UBA account. If it's not, visit a UBA branch to update your records.



2. Dial the UBA USSD Code: On your mobile phone, dial *919#. This is UBA's USSD code for mobile banking services.



3. Select the 'Sign-Up' Option: From the menu that appears, choose the option corresponding to 'Sign-Up' or 'Register'. This is typically option 1.



4. Choose Registration Method: You'll be prompted to register either with your UBA account number or your UBA prepaid card. Select the appropriate option based on your preference.



5. Enter Your Account or Card Number: Input your 10-digit UBA account number or your prepaid card number, depending on the option you selected.



6. Create a 4-Digit PIN: Set up a secure 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you'll use to authorize transactions. Ensure it's a number you can easily remember but difficult for others to guess.



7. Confirm Your PIN: Re-enter the 4-digit PIN to confirm it. This step ensures that you've entered your desired PIN correctly.



8. Provide Additional Information if Prompted: You may be asked to enter the last four digits of your BVN (Bank Verification Number) or your UBA debit card for verification purposes. Provide the required information as prompted.



9. Agree to Terms and Conditions: Read through UBA's terms and conditions for using the USSD service and accept them to proceed.



10. Receive Confirmation: Upon successful registration, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating that your UBA USSD transfer service is active. You can now perform transactions by dialing *919# and following the prompts.

How to transfer money from UBA


UBA offers a seamless way to transfer money using its USSD code (*919#), making transactions quick and convenient. Here's a step-by-step guide:



1. Dial the UBA USSD Code

From the phone number linked to your UBA account, dial *919#.



2. Select the Transfer Option

From the menu, choose the option for transferring funds.



3. Enter the Recipient’s Account Details

Provide the recipient’s bank account number and confirm the bank name when prompted.



4. Specify the Transfer Amount

11. Loan Application:
